Dallas, Texas — Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation (LIMC) confirmed this week that preliminary discussions are underway with Lou Gigliotti regarding LIMC acquiring a significant ownership stake in G2 Motorsports Park, including future operations and development opportunities at the facility.
The agreement has not been finalized, and specific terms of the proposed transaction have not been disclosed.
Located in Anna, Texas, G2 Motorsports Park has become one of North Texas’ notable private motorsports facilities, known for its road course, driver-focused experiences, motorsports community, and luxury car condominium development surrounding the circuit. Founded by three time SCCA champion and racing veteran Lou Gigliotti, G2 has established itself as a destination for performance driving, track events, and automotive enthusiasts throughout the region.
Under the proposed structure being discussed, G2 Motorsports Park would continue operating under its established brand while potentially becoming part of LIMC’s expanding motorsports ecosystem.
“This is an exciting opportunity,” said Victor W. Perry. “G2 was built on racing legacy with Lou Gigliotti at the helm, and we want to build on that. G2 will give LIMC a northern and southern location. Bringing it into the LIMC ecosystem will allow us to offer private and public races and events and build on what Mr. Gigliotti has already built.”
LIMC is currently developing its large-scale mixed-use motorsports and entertainment campus in North Central Texas, which includes planned road racing, drag racing, off-road facilities, karting, hospitality, automotive research and development, retail, and residential concepts.
“I look forward to joining forces and have G2 be part of the journey they have begun at LIMC, but with G2 being their northern early startup to kick things into high gear,” said Lou Gigliotti.
Representatives from both organizations stated that discussions remain ongoing and subject to due diligence, investor review, and final agreement approvals.
