Area22 Dragway at Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation is a next-generation quarter-mile drag racing facility designed to deliver professional-level competition, immersive fan experiences, and year-round motorsports entertainment. Planned to meet both National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) and International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) sanctioning standards, the dragway will host national-caliber racing events, private testing, manufacturer activations, and grassroots racing programs. Area22 Dragway is envisioned as a high-energy destination within the LIMC ecosystem, combining competitive drag racing with hospitality, entertainment, and automotive culture in North Texas.

Blackland Off-Road at LIMC is a next-generation off-road destination designed for adrenaline, innovation, and versatility. The complex will feature a professionally designed motocross park and arena built for competitive racing, rider training, live events, and immersive fan experiences. In addition to motocross, Blackland Off-Road will offer customizable testing and proving grounds engineered to support trucks, SUVs, side-by-sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and emerging off-road technologies in real-world terrain environments. Developed as part of the larger LIMC campus, the facility combines motorsports entertainment with advanced vehicle development capabilities, creating a premier off-road hub in Texas for manufacturers, racers, and enthusiasts alike.

Longhorn Karting Complex
The Longhorn Karting Complex at LIMC is designed to be a gateway into professional motorsports, offering racers of all ages the opportunity to develop their skills on a professional quarter-mile karting circuit. The complex will blend grassroots racing with immersive entertainment and driver development experiences. In partnership with Emotional Ideas, the facility will also feature Battle Racing, an interactive and competitive karting attraction designed to bring next-generation racing entertainment to fans, families, and aspiring drivers.

The Longhorn Drift Park at LIMC is an adrenaline-fueled drifting experience integrated within the Longhorn International Raceway complex. Designed for professional drivers, grassroots competitors, and fan engagement, the Drift Park will feature technical corners, high-speed transition zones, spectator viewing areas, and immersive nighttime experiences. The venue is planned to host drift competitions, exhibitions, driver training, car culture events, and private track sessions while bringing the excitement and energy of modern drifting culture into the LIMC motorsports ecosystem.
