Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation (LIMC) is developing a next-generation, multi-discipline motorsports ecosystem in North Texas. Our platform integrates world-class racing facilities, automotive research & development, experiential entertainment, education through Texas Race Academy, media, retail, hospitality, and residential components.
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Business Development to help accelerate strategic growth, partnerships, and revenue opportunities across the LIMC portfolio.
Position Overview
The VP of Business Development will report directly to the CEO & President and play a critical leadership role in driving corporate expansion, partnership acquisition, and long-term revenue strategy. This executive will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with corporate partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Revenue Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with LIMC’s multi-revenue model

Develop and execute business development strategies across motorsports, R&D, hospitality, retail, media, and experiential sectors

Drive sponsorship, partnership, and commercial revenue initiatives

Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry opportunities
Partnership Acquisition & Relationship Management

Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, OEMs, sponsors, investors, and strategic alliances

Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, sponsorships, joint ventures, and licensing deals

Collaborate with legal and executive leadership on deal structuring
Corporate Development

Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment initiatives when applicable

Assist with investor relations presentations and growth planning
Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Executive teams

Align partnership strategy with LIMC’s brand, events, and development roadmap
Performance & Reporting

Establish KPIs and revenue targets

Provide regular performance updates to CEO & President

Prepare executive-level reports and forecasts
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

8+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate strategy

Proven success securing high-value partnerships and revenue deals

Experience in motorsports, sports/entertainment, automotive, hospitality, or large-scale developments preferred
