Position Overview
Longhorn International Motorsports is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Liaison to manage and grow real estate activity across our world-class motorsports campus. This individual will broker and facilitate property sales and leases, coordinate with developers and homebuilders, and ensure smooth execution of all real estate transactions.
The Real Estate Liaison will also work closely with Longhorn’s Real Estate attorney, land brokers, and development partners to prepare, review, and finalize contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, real estate expertise, and a passion for creating value in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities

Market, negotiate, and close real estate sales and lease transactions for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality properties on campus.

Draft, review, and manage contracts, letters of intent, and lease agreements in coordination with the Real Estate attorney.

Serve as the central liaison between Longhorn International Motorsports, developers, Castlemont Homes, brokers, and land Realtors.

Collaborate on property listings, land development plans, and tenant build-outs.

Coordinate with internal departments, legal counsel, and external partners to ensure compliance and timely deal execution.

Support real estate marketing campaigns, open houses, and investment presentations.

Provide regular reports on property performance, market trends, and pipeline activity.

Deliver a concierge-level experience to all prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Active Texas Real Estate License required; Broker’s License preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use real estate transactions.

Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, negotiation procedures, and closing processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.

Experience working with attorneys, developers, and brokers on large-scale transactions.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and property listing platforms.
