MEET the Founder
Victor W. Perry is the CEO and Founder of Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation (LIMC), a visionary leader driving the development of a next-generation, technology-driven motorsports ecosystem in North Central Texas. A Dallas native, Perry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations, Broadcasting, and Film. He also holds a certification in Powersports from Dallas College and an Associate of Arts in Speech Communication from Tarrant County College.
A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Perry is a dedicated advocate for disabled veterans and actively supports initiatives that strengthen both veteran communities and local outreach efforts. His leadership is rooted in discipline, innovation, and a commitment to creating opportunities for others.
The vision for Longhorn International Motorsports was born while Perry was searching for a facility for his performance company, Vic’s Motohaus. During that process, his passion for racing revealed a significant gap in the industry—there was no centralized destination that unified all racing disciplines, nor a development built on a true revenue- and data-driven motorsports ecosystem.
“My objective is to turn North Central Texas into a motorsports hub unlike any other in the world. I want to not only introduce motorsports to others, but also provide a place where that can take place on the utmost professional and safe level.”
