Position Overview
LIMC is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global brand, marketing strategy, and revenue-driving initiatives across all business verticals.
This executive will be responsible for building one of the most recognizable brands in motorsports, driving investor engagement, fan growth, sponsorship revenue, and digital expansion. The CMO will play a critical role in positioning LIMC as a premier destination for motorsports, entertainment, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with LIMC’s growth and funding goals

Build and position LIMC as a premier motorsports, lifestyle, and entertainment brand

Partner directly with the CEO and executive team on company vision, investor communications, and brand positioning
Brand & Growth

Lead brand development across all platforms (digital, experiential, broadcast, and physical campus)

Drive audience growth across motorsports fans, luxury consumers, investors, and global partners

Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and brand consistency
Revenue & Partnerships

Drive sponsorship acquisition strategy and brand partnerships

Support investor roadshows and capital raise initiatives through strategic marketing

Collaborate with business development on OEM, corporate, and experiential partnerships
Digital & Media

Lead digital marketing, social media, content creation, and audience engagement

Oversee streaming and content strategy through GMN Live
-
Implement data-driven marketing strategies, CRM systems, and performance analytics
Event Marketing

Oversee promotion and branding of major events (Formula, IndyCar, drag racing, off-road, karting, and special events)

Develop immersive fan experiences and premium hospitality branding

Support Longhorn & Legends Night and LIMC Roadshows
Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing marketing, branding, and communications team

Manage agencies, vendors, and media partners

Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks across all marketing channels
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required)

MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
Experience
-
10–15+ years in marketing leadership, with significant executive-level experience

Proven success as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent senior role
-
Experience in motorsports, sports, entertainment, luxury, or experiential brands strongly preferred
