This Accredited Investor Certification Form (the “Certification”) is provided in connection with a proposed investment in Longhorn International Motorsports, Inc (the “Company”). The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that they qualify as an “Accredited Investor” under Regulation D, Rule 501(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).

The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that:
