Meet the Founders
Founded by Victor Perry and Taylor Painter, Longhorn International Motorsports (LIM) is a premier motorsports campus and innovation hub, combining world-class racing tracks, advanced automotive R&D, and next-generation fan experiences.
Victor Perry / Founder and CEO, is a US Army Veteran and accomplished entrepreneur with a deep passion for motorsports. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington, an Associate of Arts in Speech Communications from Tarrant County College, and is certified by Dallas College in Powersports Technology. In 2020, Victor founded Vic’s Motohaus in his garage, which quickly gained recognition and respect in the powersports and motorsports industry. His expertise in automotive innovation, business strategy, and international motorsports partnerships has been instrumental in shaping LIM into a global motorsports destination.
Taylor Painter is a World Champion motocross rider and a professional motocross and Arenacross track developer. With extensive experience designing competitive racing environments and producing high-profile events, Taylor brings unmatched expertise in operations, fan engagement, and large-scale project execution. His leadership ensures that LIM delivers exceptional experiences for competitors, manufacturers, and fans alike.
Together, Perry and Painter are developing LIM as a hub for innovation, entertainment, and excellence in motorsports, setting a new standard for the industry.
