Vendor Requirements
To participate in the Texas Motorsports Summit, vendors must:
- Hold a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit (Texas Resale Permit) issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
- Be responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable Texas sales taxes.
- Maintain any licenses, permits, or insurance required for their business.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Follow all TMS26 and G2 Motorsports Park vendor rules and safety guidelines.
Food vendors may be required to obtain additional permits and health inspections from the appropriate local authorities.
