Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation (LIMC) & Longhorn Motorsports Society (LHMS)

Welcome to Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation and Longhorn Motorsports Society (“LHMS”). By accessing our websites, attending events, purchasing memberships, participating in activities, or utilizing any LIMC or LHMS services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in any LIMC or LHMS services, events, memberships, facilities, digital platforms, or programs, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, venue regulations, and safety requirements.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use LIMC or LHMS services.

2. Membership Eligibility

LHMS memberships are intended for individuals who share a passion for motorsports, automotive culture, networking, and community engagement.

LIMC and LHMS reserve the right to:

• Approve or deny any membership application
• Suspend or revoke memberships at any time
• Refuse entry to events or facilities
• Remove any participant for violations of community standards, safety rules, venue policies, or disruptive conduct

Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by LIMC.

3. Privacy & Information Use

LIMC and LHMS respect the privacy of members, guests, and users. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to third parties except as required by law or necessary for approved business operations, payment processing, event coordination, or membership administration.

We will never request information beyond what is reasonably required on official membership forms, event registrations, waivers, or authorized transactions.

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and current.

4. Assumption of Risk

Motorsports activities and related events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle accidents
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Exposure to loud noises, weather conditions, debris, and hazardous environments

By attending or participating in any LIMC or LHMS event or activity, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree to release LIMC, LHMS, affiliates, sponsors, venue operators, employees, contractors, and partners from liability to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.

Additional waivers and releases may be required for certain events or activities.

5. Event Conduct & Community Standards

All guests, members, sponsors, vendors, media personnel, and participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

The following conduct may result in immediate removal, suspension, or permanent ban:

• Harassment or threatening behavior
• Unsafe conduct
• Illegal activity
• Damage to property
• Violation of venue rules
• Unauthorized sales or solicitation
• Disruptive or intoxicated behavior
• Failure to follow staff or security instructions

LIMC reserves the right to involve law enforcement when necessary.

6. Media Release

By attending LIMC or LHMS events, you consent to the use of your likeness, image, voice, photographs, or video recordings for promotional, marketing, advertising, livestream, documentary, broadcast, and social media purposes without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All LIMC and LHMS branding, logos, graphics, videos, designs, media, trademarks, slogans, and content are the intellectual property of Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from LIMC.

8. Payments & Refunds

Membership fees, sponsorship payments, ticket purchases, deposits, and event registrations may be subject to separate agreements and policies.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Event schedules may change
• Membership benefits may be modified at any time
• LIMC reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to weather, safety concerns, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances

9. Third-Party Partners

LIMC and LHMS may collaborate with sponsors, vendors, venues, promoters, sanctioning bodies, and third-party service providers.

LIMC is not responsible for:

• Third-party products or services
• External websites
• Third-party conduct
• Independent vendor transactions

Participation with third-party partners is at the user’s discretion.

10. Website & Digital Platform Usage

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to LIMC systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Misrepresent identity or affiliation
• Use LIMC platforms for unlawful purposes
• Harvest or misuse member information

LIMC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to digital platforms for violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIMC and LHMS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or opportunities
• Event cancellations or delays
• Technical failures
• Property loss or theft
• Personal injuries arising from participation or attendance

Participation in all activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising from LIMC or LHMS activities, memberships, or agreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the State of Texas.

13. Modifications to Terms

LIMC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of LIMC or LHMS services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
