Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation Becomes Official Nitrous Outlet Dealer
December 2, 2025NAVARRO COUNTY, Texas — Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation (LIMC) announced today that it has acquired Vic’s Motohaus, a move that strengthens the company’s revenue diversification strategy and further enhances the integrated offerings planned for its 1,555-acre motorsports, research, and lifestyle development.
The acquisition aligns with LIMC’s broader vision of creating a consolidated ecosystem that supports racing, performance engineering, and consumer engagement. Vic’s Motohaus will transition into a full-service performance parts division serving race vehicles, street-performance applications, and motorsports customers nationwide. As part of the transition, the Vic’s Motohaus website is being redeveloped into an online performance parts platform that will offer direct-to-consumer fulfillment and access to leading brands.
LIMC said the operational transition of Vic’s Motohaus is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. Once complete, the division will support on-campus racers, visiting manufacturers, and retail customers through expanded product lines, including VP Racing products, Nitrous Outlet systems, and additional performance brands to be announced.
“Adding Vic’s Motohaus to the LIMC portfolio strengthens our revenue diversity while creating a value-added service for our community, partners, and future residents,” said Victor Perry, founder of Longhorn International Motorsports Corporation. “This acquisition helps us deliver a seamless experience—from research and development to track use to parts and service—all within one motorsports destination.”
Vic’s Motohaus will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of LIMC and will ultimately be integrated into the company’s retail district within the development.
